Now, if you haven’t gotten to see Stranger Things: The First Shadow, this is probably jaw-dropping news to you. That Joyce, Hopper, and everyone else knew Henry in high school. The Broadway play centers on this. In fact, the major plot of Act One is Joyce putting on this play. 

The play also heavily focuses on Patty Newby’s relationship with Henry Creel. The show has yet to mention her.
