Irish telly history made with dramatic Traitors roundtable

The Traitors Ireland kicked off last week and since day one fans have been hailing it as one of the best versions yet.

However, Monday night’s episode may go down in Irish telly history as the dramatic roundtable had viewers at home on the edge of their seats.

There’s no love lost between Traitors Eamon and Paudie. Garda Eamon has been trying to get rid of retired prison officer Paudie since day dot.

And while suspicion has been piling on Paudie, things took a turn at the roundtable on Monday night.

Eamon approached Paudie telling him that he was “throwing him a bone” as he intended to bring up Patrick at the roundtable. However, during a talk with Traitor Katelyn he revealed that he was going to “throw him under the bus” instead.

Paudie was able to easily see through his plan and whipped up chaos in the last few minutes of the show which ultimately saw the Faithfuls vote out Eamon and bag their first Traitor.

Oyin even managed to suss out all three Traitors as she claimed that it felt like Katelyn and Eamon were ganging up on Paudie because he was the “weakest” Traitor. We hope the Faithfuls listen to her.

Fans were delighted to see Eamon be banished from the castle after his schemes fell apart.
