We know that school has just started back and Halloween isn’t even here.
But we have to take about the most important day of the year.
No, not Christmas – The Late Late Toy Show.
And we have a date already!
Yes Patrick Kielty revealed that the most magical episode of the long running chat show would once again happen on the first Friday on December.
The Down man returned to our screens after the summer hiatus for a brand new season of the show and with it reminded us to keep a certain Friday night free.
With the help of Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland’s, Star, he confirmed the Toy Show is on the 5th of December.
“Star would like to tell everyone at home that the Late Late Toy Show will be happening right here in this studio on Friday, the 5th of December,” he shared.
“Applications for kids to be on this year’s Toy Show are now officially open. All you have got to do is go to RTÉ.ie and get your applications in.”
Children interested in applying were advised to do so as soon as possible, as the deadline for performers is Wednesday, September 24th.
While the deadline for Toy Demonstrators and County Parade is the following week, Wednesday, October 1st.
