Laura Nolan on DWTS return: “We’re hoping that it’s back”

Laura Nolan and Matthew MacNabb spent the last few months soaking up the sun in Los Angeles.

Now we chat to them on a drizzly Dublin day. “It’s an adaptation back to the grey weather but it’s great to see everyone,” Matthew jokes.

However, Laura is all too delighted to be home, saying: “The sun will only take you so far. I’m delighted to be home with our families again.”

Despite the Irish weather, we’re all in high spirits as we’re on the Hayu STELLAR InstaStar Awards red carpet! And the night got even better when Laura won Wellness InstaStar sponsored by Perfectil!

The couple are set to walk down the aisle in May in Kilkee Castle and planning is going “really good”.

“I’m surprised with how organised we are. We have all the big stuff done really. We have my dresses,” she gushes.

“We have all the main things done, it’s just the little things. But with saying that and like six weeks out it’ll be panic stations and I’ll be like, ‘Oh I forgot this, I forgot that!’ But so far we’ve been very chill and that’s the way it should be.”

Of course, we had to ask about Dancing with the Stars. And Laura admits that she hasn’t heard a single thing about the show returning for another season.

“We’re hoping that it’s back and that it’s confirmed. I don’t know much, and we never know much. Honestly, we are the last to know!” she confesses.

Matthew jokingly inputs: “I’ll know before her!”
