Howard Stern Extends SiriusXM Deal for Another 3 Years After Months of Negotiations


Howard Stern is staying put at SiriusXM.

The 71-year-old The Howard Stern Show host confirmed a renewal deal is in place with the broadcaster on Tuesday’s show (December 16).

“I’m happy to announce that I figured out a way to have it all — more free time, and continuing to be on the radio,” he explained during the episode.

His first episode back in the New Year will be on Monday, January 5, 2026. Watch him make the announcement above!

A rep for the radio company confirmed to Variety that they reached a three-year deal extension, but did not disclose the financial details.

The news comes amid conflicting reports that he was to be let go after his contract expired at the end of this year. He first signed with the company in 2004.
