Tom Cruise Announces New Comedy Movie 'Digger' with Teaser Promising a 'Comedy of Catastrophic Proportions'
Tom Cruise and director Alejandro G. Iñárritu have teamed up for a new film, Digger, and the announcement video has provided a first look!
Warner Bros. also released the first poster for the film as well.

About the film, Alejandro told Deadline, “This is a wild comedy of catastrophic proportions. It’s insane. He makes me laugh every day. The range that I discovered working with Tom is unprecedented for me as a director. I was so f-king impressed and happy.”
A short teaser shows Tom dancing in boots, in what appears to be an apartment. He then stands on a railing at a pier.
Watch the teaser above, which reveals the film will hit theaters in October 2026.
