Rachael Blackmore marries Brian Hayes in “secret” wedding

Congratulations are in order for Rachael Blackmore and her fellow jockey Brian Hayes as they married in a “secret” wedding.

The couple tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in Cork, surrounded by their nearest and dearest.

Brian confirmed the good news during a post-race interview.

“I got married ten days now I suppose,” he told to RacingTV.

“Myself and Rachael got married so off the market. It was a lovely day. We got married on the Friday down at home in Rosscarbery, in my home place.

“We went up to Cavan then on the Monday and had a big party with all our friends and family. It was nice… it was nice just to get married finally.”

So sweet!

He admitted that race season has gotten in the way of any more celebrations as he headed straight to Fairyhouse after their wedding.

“We have a month off in June so we might do something then,” he shared.

Rachael also let slip that she was tying the knot on January 5th during a beauty vlog with Trinny Woodall.

They were prepping the jockey’s skin for her wedding day with Trinny noting: “We need to get Rachael’s skin prep.”
