Inside GQ’s Hottest-Ever Paris Fashion Week Party
If it’s a Thursday evening during Paris Men’s Fashion Week—and especially if it’s 100 degrees (sorry, 38 Celsius) outside—there’s only one place to be: on the dance floor at L’Avenue, breaking a sweat at the GQ x Levi’s Paris Fashion Week Party.
Back for its eighth summer, last night’s edition of GQ’s biannual Fashion Week party was the first to be hosted by new GQ global editorial director Adam Baidawi, who convened a crew of fellow GQ editors from around the globe, as well as the week’s hottest guest list, for the occasion. Also worth celebrating: L’Ave now has air conditioning. What better way to blow off some steam during the literal hottest Paris Fashion Week in history?
The vibes were high inside the Avenue Montaigne hotspot, where the likes of Drew Starkey, Maluma, Joshua Hong, Law Roach, Vinnie Hacker, and Delaney Rowe mingled alongside fashion-industry stars including Nicholas Daley, Bianca Saunders, and Saul Nash, who was fresh off his show in Milan. The New Yorkers in the crowd had to restrain themselves from shouting “KNICKS IN FIVE!” when newly minted NBA champion Tyler Kolek walked in.
A starry trio of women DJs delivered the night’s high-energy soundtrack: Jeune Pouce, Samantha Deep, and GQ Paris Party veteran Kitty Ca$h. Even when a momentary power outage at 1 a.m. brought Kitty’s set to a halt (a reality when the City of Lights becomes the City of a Stressed Electrical Grid), she quickly got the decks back up and running—and then brought the house down by playing Yung Miami’s smash “Spend Dat,” a top-tier contender for 2026’s song of the summer. It was the moment of the night, save maybe for when the one and only Future dipped into L’Avenue for an 11th-hour (otherwise known as 3 a.m.) appearance. In true Pluto fashion, he shut the club down.
