Ireland AM’s Síomha Ní Ruairc announces pregnancy

Ireland AM host Síomha Ní Ruairc has announced that she is expecting her first child.

The host tied the knot to her partner Cathal Pendred last year in a beautiful ceremony.

She shared a beautiful picture with Cathal as she displayed her blossoming baby bump.

Cathal held up their ultrasound scan as they beamed at the camera.

In a second picture, Síomha stands solo in a beautiful burnt orange dress as she cradles her bump.

“Leanbh nua ag teacht ar an saol mí Eanáir 2026,” she wrote which translates to, “New baby coming into our lives in January 2026.”

The Gaeilgoir was met with the sweetest messages from her friends and followers.

“OMG!!!!! I’m so so so so so happy for you,” fellow Ireland AM host Brooke Scullion enthused.

“You are glowing! The absolute best news! Lucky Leanbh. (Did I get that right?),” Karen Koster added.

Her fellow How to Gael host Louise Cantillon wrote: “Yeehow”.

The Ireland AM host wed the MMA star in June 2024 surrounded by their nearest and dearest, Grá ar an Trá co-star, James Kavanagh, and influencer Niamh Cullen.
