Kelly Clarkson Cancels Remaining Summer 2025 Vegas Shows Due to Ex Brandon Blackstock's Health, New Dates Revealed

Kelly Clarkson is canceling the remaining shows of her Las Vegas residency that were scheduled for summer 2025 and she has announced new dates for next year.

The 43-year-old Grammy-winning singer took to her social media accounts on Wednesday (August 6) to share the unfortunate news with fans and reveal what is going on in her life.

Kelly is taking time off of work due to her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock‘s health right now. The news comes after Kelly previously canceled the first two shows of her residency due to her own health.

The shows that were scheduled for August 8, 9, 15, and 16 of 2025 are now taking place on July 24, 25, 31, and August 1 of 2026. Ticketmaster listings already show the new dates and it appears tickets have transferred over for fans who already purchased seats.

“Unfortunately, I need to postpone the remainder of the August Studio Session dates in Las Vegas,” Kelly began her statement.

“While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children’s father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them. I am sincerely sorry to everyone who bought tickets to the shows and I so appreciate your grace, kindness and understanding,” Kelly said in the statement.

Kelly married Brandon, her former music manager, back in 2013. They are parents to two children – River Rose, 11, and Remington, 9.

Both of the kids were at Kelly‘s final show of the summer this past weekend and they were seen dancing along to the music.

The couple split in summer 2020 and their divorce was finalized in 2022. They had many disagreements throughout the process and a lawsuit was settled last year.
