Trump's talks with Zelenskyy, European leaders end without security guarantees for Ukraine

President Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and a group of European leaders were unable to agree on a security guarantee for Ukraine Monday as part of a deal to end its war with Russia, but said they are still hopeful of reaching an agreement.
