Ailbhe Garrihy welcomes third child

Congratulations are in order for Ailbhe Garrihy as she has welcomed her third child.

She gave birth to her third boy just a handful of weeks after little sister Doireann welcomed her first child, Rosie, in October.

Two built in best friends!

Ailbhe shared a sweet picture of her three boys to announce the news. She and her husband, Ruaidhri Hehir, are already proud parents to Sean and Fionn.

“Our 3 boys. Baby Cian Hehir joined us late last night and we don’t quite know how we got so lucky,” she captioned the black and white picture.

Proud grandmother, Clare Garrihy, was one of the first to comment on the post.

“And then there were seven @eugenegarrihy, Hanorah, Līobhan, Isla, Sean, Fionn, Rosie and Cian. We are blessed beyond belief. Welcome baby Cian,” she gushed.

Doireann was also quick to write: “The 3 best friends forever roll on the BEST times.”

“Three dotes to love forever more,” Aoibhín commented.

Ailbhe shared that she was in labour for 14 hours with baby Cian.

“9am…No idea that I had 14 hours ahead of me,” she wrote, alongside a picture of her in the hospital. She then posted a picture at 4pm admitting that she was “struggling” at that point.

“First feed & tea & toast heaven,” she shared at 11:30pm.
