Anthony Ippolito Walks 'Butkus' the Dog While Filming 'I Play Rocky' With AnnaSophia Robb

Anthony Ippolito and AnnaSophia Robb were spotted on set in New Jersey, filming scenes for the upcoming biopic I Play Rocky and they had an adorable co-star with them!

The 26-year-old The Offer actor was seen shooting dog-walking scenes with a lovable Bullmastiff believed to be portraying Butkus Stallone, Sylvester Stallone‘s real-life pet who also appeared in the original Rocky films.

Meanwhile, AnnaSophia, 31, who plays Sylvester‘s first wife Sasha Czack, was photographed taking a break between takes.

In some shots, Anthony was even seen “walking” a stuffed-animal stand-in for the dog, likely used for specific camera setups. Other photos hint at scenes set outside a movie theater.

I Play Rocky also stars Stephan James as Carl Weathers, Matt Dillon as Frank Stallone Sr., P. J. Byrne as Rocky producer/director Irwin Winkler, among others.
