Bord Gáis Theatre looking for Irish talent for iconic musical

The Bord Gáis Energy Theatre has been treating us with some incredible international productions.

Currently, the acclaimed Moulin Rouge is running, and last year, the iconic musical, Hamilton delighted audiences.

However, this year Bord Gáis put on their very own in-house, all-Irish production of Little Shop of Horrors.

And we can’t lie, nothing is better than an all-Irish cast!

Now they have announced that they will be producing another iconic musical with Irish talent.

A dazzling, all-new staging of the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein masterpiece, Oklahoma! is coming and we couldn’t be more excited.

Bord Gáis Energy Theatre will showcase Oklahoma! as its meant to be experienced on the big stage  — bringing a vibrant, uplifting feel to this groundbreaking musical while celebrating all the timeless songs you know and love, including Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’, I’m Just a Girl Who Can’t Say No and People Will Say We’re in Love.

Complete with spectacular staging, the original groundbreaking choreography, and a live orchestra breathing fresh life into Rodgers and Hammerstein’s iconic score, this production promises to have audiences grinning from ear to ear and saying, ‘Yee-haw!’
