Re: ‘Full Of Excuses’; Justin Trudeau’s ‘tough time’ talk on Colbert falls flat with Canadians, Sept. 25

It certainly is a tough time for Canadians. We cannot get rid of this guy.

It is tough to correct a mistake in Canada. We have no recall legislation, nor any impeachment process.

So he sticks around like long COVID. With similar debilitating effects.

How about the Conservative platform include introducing corrective action through enshrining an impeachment process in our lame constitution?

I would vote for that!

TAX HAS GOT TO GO

Justin Trudeau’s yearly carbon tax was based on the lie that this tax would put more money back in the pockets of Canadians than what it cost us. Canadians are living this lie every time they need to buy anything.

Wouldn’t it make “cents” that if someone found a way to “tax” us and give us back more money than what that tax cost us, why just stop at implementing one of those taxes? Why not bring in 10 of those taxes, then we’d be getting back 10 times the money than if there was only one of those taxes, right?

The answer is quite simple : Trudeau’s Carbon Tax has always been a lie.

Trudeau has got to go, and the sooner, the better. Jagmeet Singh has propped up this disgusting government for far too long.

HOW LITTLE HE KNOWS

In the Stephen Colbert interview with Justin Trudeau, our prime minister called the increase in softwood lumber tariffs, imposed by the U.S., to 14.5 per cent a “small issue”. Tell that to the thousands of Canadian individuals employed in the industry who are losing their jobs.

This is the same prime minister who said, “You’ll forgive me if I don’t think about monetary policy,” before proceeding to destroy the Canadian economy. He also is on record as saying that there was no business case for Canadian liquefied natural gas at a time when European leaders were desperate to replace Russian natural gas.

On a daily basis, we are reminded about how little our prime minister knows. The departure of this failed drama teacher from the Canadian political stage cannot come soon enough. One can only hope that the door hits him on the way out.
