Denise Richards is making very serious claims, and sharing some shocking photos as evidence.
The 54-year-old Wild Things actress included shocking photos of her with a bruised eye as evidence in a temporary restraining order application against her 52-year-old estranged husband, as obtained in legal documents.
The document, filed by Denise in Los Angeles, includes claims that the former wellness boss threatened to kill her if she went to the police with claims of physical and verbal abuse. She was then granted the temporary restraining order.

Aaron denied her claims of abuse shortly after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum was granted the restraining order.
“Not true. Conjured up. I have the real evidence,” he told Us Weekly.
In the petition, Denise wrote: “Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages.”
She also described a fight on July 4 over their shared home when he allegedly showed up at her separate townhouse uninvited, and came “within two inches” of her face while screaming profanities at her.
“Aaron chased me and grabbed both of my arms forcefully and pushed me and dragged me to the ground,” she added.
“I landed on the stairs, causing immense pain. Aaron stole my laptop and sent private messages he had stolen from my laptop without my permission.”
In her filing, Denise said her ex owned eight unregistered guns. She said she feared for her safety without the court’s protection.
Denise told the court that she once woke up to him yelling at her about messages he saw via her iCloud in May. She claimed he said, “You f–king bitch. I went into your computer and saw your text messages because your laptop were open while you were watching the movie on Netflix. I clicked sync iMessage so that your text messages would appear on your laptop and everything downloaded and I took photo of everything you lying bitch.”
Aaron filed for divorce on July 7. He listed the date of marriage as September 8, 2018, and the date of separation as July 4, 2025.
In his filing, he cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. He asked the court to award him spousal support, and said he had no income after shutting down his business late last year.
He said he believed Denise earned around $250,000 per month from OnlyFans, TV shows, sponsorships and appearances. Aaron said in a financial filing that he spent $105,000 on monthly bills including $18,000 on rent, $5,000 on repairs, $10,000 on groceries, $15,000 on eating out and $20,000 on clothes. She has not responded to the divorce petition yet.
