Glen Powell Shares Why He's Not Right Choice to Play James Bond


Glen Powell is taking himself out of the James Bond conversation.

Ever since Daniel Craig said goodbye to playing the British spy after No Time to Die hit theaters in 2021, Hollywood has been abuzz about who should take over as the next 007.

In a new interview, the 36-year-old Twisters actor shared why he believes that he’s not the right choice to be the next Bond.

“My family and I joke around, I can play Jimmy Bond, but I should not be playing James Bond,” he added.

When asked who he thinks should play James Bond next, Glen responded, “Get an authentic Brit for that job. That’s who belongs in that tuxedo.”
