Halle Bailey & DDG No Longer Allowed to Post Son Halo On Social Media – Here's Why!

Halle Bailey and DDG have both been banned from posting their young son on social media.

The 25-year-old singer and actress and the 27-year-old rapper and YouTuber have been embroiled in a custody battle since they split last October, and it got even more intense earlier this year.

Back in May, Halle got a restraining order against DDG and she was granted temporary sole physical and legal custody of their 19-month-old son Halo.

Now, DDG has an updated visitation schedule and neither party is allowed to post the child on social media.

Halle and DDG can’t post any “photographs, images and/or information” of their son, according to court documents obtained by People.

“For reasons discussed on the record, and with no objection from either party, the Court orders both parties to refrain from posting, uploading, or disseminating on the Internet or social media platforms, photographs, images, and/or information regarding the minor child or causing any other person to engage in such posting, uploading, or dissemination,” the court order states.

In addition, DDG has been given permission for “peaceful contact” with Halle only to coordinate court-ordered visitation with Halo.

He has been allowed to visit their son in professionally monitored sessions every Wednesday and Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and every other Sunday at the same time.

“The professional monitor is to be advised and instructed that a primary purpose of the monitoring requirement is to ensure compliance with the Court’s orders regarding social media posting, dissemination of information, and the like as explained above in this order,” the court docs read.

Back in June, DDG tried to get a restraining order on Halle and block her from traveling to Italy with their son, where she was set to film an upcoming new movie with Rege-Jean Page, but his motion was denied and she was allowed to travel.
