Homeland Security Bashes Zach Bryan for Apparent Anti-ICE Song


Zach Bryan is facing criticism.

The 29-year-old country singer-songwriter and U.S. Navy veteran shared a song snippet on social media, and captioned it “The fading of the red white and blue.”

“I heard the cops came, cocky motherf–kers, ain’t they? / And ICE is gonna come bust down your door / Try to build a house, no bills no more, well I got a telephone / Kids are all scared and all alone,” he sings on the track, called “Bad News.”

He quickly got backlash from MAGA enthusiasts, and now even the Department of Homeland Security.

When asked for comment, the Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary of Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin said the singer should “Stick to ‘Pink Skies,’” referring to his 2024 song.

Just recently, Zach set a record for the largest ticketed concert in U.S. history last month.
