Iris Apatow & Edvin Ryding Join 'The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping' Cast
Two more stars have joined the cast of the new Hunger Games movie as production begins!
On Friday (July 25), it was announced that The Bubble actress Iris Apatow and Young Royals actor Edvin Ryding have been cast in the upcoming Lionsgate movie The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping.
The two actors, both 22, will be playing Proserpina and Vitus, “two Capitol University students assigned to the prep team for the District 12 Tributes,” according to Variety.
Suzanne Collins‘ newest book, which was released in March, follows a young Haymitch Abernathy (originally played by Woody Harrelson in the film franchise) and his journey in the Fiftieth Annual Hunger Games.
The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping is currently scheduled to hit theaters on November 20, 2026, with Francis Lawrence returning to direct.
