Jana Kramer's Husband Allan Russell Makes TMI Confession About Their Sex Life

Jana Kramer‘s husband Allan Russell is sharing some intimate details about their sex life.

Allan made a TMI confession while appearing on the latest episode of iHeartRadio’s Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast.

For those who don’t know, the 41-year-old singer and One Tree Hill actress tied the knot with the 44-year-old Scottish former soccer player back in January 2024 after a year of dating.

Allan says that ever since he started his relationship with Jana, he has stopped pleasuring himself.

“Since I met Jana and we’ve subsequently [gotten] married and had a baby and stuff, there’s no point — and I can be really honest in this — there’s no point where I actually feel like masturbating. We have, what I think, is a healthy sex life,” Allan said (via Us Weekly).

Allan says that he loves “making love” to his wife.

“So there’s a part of me [that] is like, I know it’s going to come, so I’m not going to ruin it by doing what I need to do selfishly for myself to then diminish or ruin the thing that we have together. Therefore I just don’t feel like doing it because I would rather have her, than go into the bathroom or whatever it is and masturbate,” Allan added.

Allan said that he would “masturbate a lot” when he was single, but he no longer feels like doing it anymore.

Jana recently revealed that Allan does not want her to film sex scenes while acting.
