Matt Rife is sharing a scary new life update!
The 29-year-old stand-up comedian shared on his Facebook account on Friday (August 1) that he’s the new owner of The Warrens’ Occult Museum.
The museum was founded by Ed and Lorraine Warren, the pair of paranormal investigators that inspired The Conjuring movie franchise. The museum is home to a whole host of allegedly haunted objects, including the infamous Annabelle doll.
According to Matt, he’s one of the museum’s new owners.

“I have officially purchased Ed and Lorraine Warren’s home and Occult Museum, including being the legal guardian for at least the next 5 years, of the entire haunted collection including THE ANNABELLE DOLL, with my good friend Elton Castee,” Matt wrote in the caption of his Facebook post.
The infamous haunted Annabelle doll is currently on tour, but Matt says it will be returning to the museum once the tour ends.
The museum closed following Lorraine‘s death, but Matt said he has plans to re-open it soon.
“We plan to open the house for overnight stays and museum tours so you yourself can experience and learn all the haunted history surrounding this amazing place,” Matt wrote in his announcement.
