The trailer for the new limited series based on the Murdaugh murders has been released.
Hulu has debuted the first trailer for Murdaugh: Death in the Family with Jason Clarke and Patricia Arquette playing Alex and Maggie Murdaugh while Johnny Berchtold and Will Harrison play their sons, Paul and Buster Murdaugh.
Keep reading to find out more…Here’s the synopsis: “Maggie and Alex enjoy a lavish life of privilege as members of one of South Carolina’s most powerful legal dynasties. But when their son Paul is involved in a deadly boat crash, the family is faced with a test unlike any they’ve ever encountered. As details come to light and new challenges emerge, the family’s connections to several mysterious deaths raise questions which threaten everything Maggie and Alex hold dear.”
The show also stars J. Smith-Cameron, Brittany Snow, Gerald McRaney, and Noah Emmerich.
Steven Piet, who is married to Joey King, directed the first two episodes and the finale of the upcoming series. He also serves as executive producer.
If you didn’t know, back in March 2023, Alex Murdaugh was found guilty of murdering his wife Maggie and their son Paul. He received two life sentences for his crimes.
Murdaugh: Death in the Family premieres on Hulu on October 15.
