Owen Wilson Returning for 'Meet the Parents 4'


Owen Wilson will be back for the new Meet the Parents movie!

On Friday (June 20), The Hollywood Reporter announced that the 56-year-old actor will be reprising his role as Kevin Rawley in the upcoming fourth installment of the comedy movie franchise reuniting with Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro.

It was previously announced that Ariana Grande is joining the cast for the new movie. Teri Polo and Blythe Danner are also both expected to return.

Keep reading to find out more…In 2000′s Meet the Parents, Owen played the ex-boyfriend of Teri‘s character. He’s super wealthy, loved by her parents, and has many talents, including carpentry. He reprised the role in 2004 sequel Meet the Fockers and the third movie Little Fockers, which was released in 2010.

John Hamburg, who co-wrote the the first three movies, wrote the screenplay for the new movie and is also set to direct. Jay Roach, who directed all three prior movies, is now one of the producers.

While plot details are being kept under wraps, Universal has scheduled the movie to be released in theaters on November 25, 2026.
